Student Council is a great way for upper graders to get involved with activities going on at Weldon. Elections are held at the beginning of each semester. During the student council term, elected officers help in various ways. These student leaders meet to discuss and plan ways to improve our school. They plan fun activities for rallies, and theme days for the school. They also help promote good character by organizing ways to reward those students on campus who exemplify the six pillars of character. By joining our team of student council officers, students become leaders with a voice at Weldon. Be on the lookout for Fall and Spring applications, and please contact
Mrs. Alexander with any student council questions.
