Weldon Elementary

The Weldon Bookworm Club meets Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:00–4:00 PM in the Weldon Library.

This club is open to 2nd–6th graders and provides a quiet space for students to:

• Read books 📖

• Take AR tests ✍️

• Work on i-Ready (when laptops are available) 💻

✨ Attendance is flexible—students may come when they choose. Our first meeting is Tuesday, Sept. 9th!

Club Expectations:

✅ Students should wait quietly on the sidewalk near the library (please stay out of planter boxes).
✅ Restrooms & snacks should be taken care of between 2:45–3:00 PM. No eating in the library.
✅ ELC students must report to ELC first; they will be excused at 3:00 PM to attend Book Club and return at 4:00 PM.
✅ Be respectful and kind to one another.
✅ Pick-up is promptly at 4:00 PM at the library.
